Andrew and Bess are well known throughout the agricultural sector, particularly in the cotton industry. Andrew has spent 20 years working in cotton as a farm manager, as well as running his own farming and contracting businesses. His innovative thinking and impressive engineering skills bring genuine in-field experience and understanding to the design and build process. This ensures that our implements remain the only ones in the market built 'for farmers, by farmers,' with brave innovation and practical convenience in mind.

Over the past year, Andrew has been leading the charge on clean sheet redesigns of many tools, row units, and implements to breathe new life into common and standard equipment. He is also working on new designs inspired by his own farming experience and the evolving practices within the sector. This approach ensures that we can continue to support farmers who are adopting new strategies and innovating to adapt to changing agricultural demands.
