Our clients were after a re-think on a machine that hasn't evolved to keep up with an industry that has come to expect an exceptional standard in efficiency - not just in the paddock, but in the shed, too. So, we set about designing a machine that is just as much about serviceability and functionality as it is about performance in the row.
STRESS FREE SETUP
- Dual breakaway action allows for simple, single bolt adjustment to align each disc.
- Adjustment bolt head sizes are uniform and, where possible, accessible with an impact gun, ensuring quick and easy adjustment.
OPERATOR FRIENDLY
- Designed with the operator in mind.
- Double-acting cylinders make clearing blockages a breeze. Allowing the operator to separate the discs from the cab to minimise stop time in the field.
BUCKET LIST FEATURES
- Revolutionary machined shafts utilise readily available 'off the shelf' bearings and seals.
- Bearing cup housings are easily removed and a wear ring is installed on the seal surface to prolong shaft life.
